Safety and wellness have been top of mind at Outdoor Cap. While we have many programs to protect our employees, we have never had a dedicated person to advocate and partner with employees to meet safety and wellness goals. In past years, we’ve worked with different agencies that have treated us well but weren’t “us.” We needed a more holistic approach.
As we move from November, we still keep generosity and gratitude in our hearts. We hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving break and are looking forward to the rest of the Holidays. We at Outdoor Cap only exist because of the outstanding employees that come together every day excited about what they do and looking forward to making change for the better in the industry.
We are thrilled to have Peter Cohen join the Outdoor Cap Company Executive team as the new Head of Product.

As this year’s International Women’s Month comes to an end, we recognize and celebrate the tremendous contributions made by the many women at Outdoor Cap who each day bring their absolute best across every aspect of our business. Throughout this month we’ve invited team members to recognize the contributions of female Outdoor Cap employees, and wanted to share highlights from the submissions we received.
