Outdoor Cap Company, Inc. has over 40 years of headwear expertise, making us an authority on cap trends and consumer needs. Inspired by coast-to-coast casual fashion, Red LBL is Outdoor Cap’s fresh, new trend-forward cap collection. Red LBL is distinguished by its styling, fit, and finish. Look for the red woven label on the left-hand side of the cap’s closure to know it’s authentic.
Outdoor Cap’s team of headwear experts set out to design a line of headwear for the West Coast market, but with each new cap added, the trends quickly shifted to encompass styles found throughout the continental United States. The first collection boasts seven caps designed for a youthful demographic. More will be added as the seasons progress.
Red LBL was designed to fill a promotional headwear need in niche markets where both workers and consumers tend to fit a younger age demographic like microbreweries, designer coffee shops, surf and skate stores, rodeos, etc.
“Outdoor Cap is no stranger to jumping feet first into new markets,” says Ben Roberts, SVP of Marketing for Outdoor Cap. “With Red LBL we really took a confident step to improve our promotional products offerings and gain market share with businesses who desire a more trend-forward, youthful style over their dad’s trucker cap.”
Trends move faster than ever before as visibility is heightened with the use of Instagram and other social media. Unique shapes beyond the traditional five and six panel cap are in higher demand from all over the country. It takes a headwear expert like Outdoor Cap to accommodate those requests into a cap that is comfortable, made of high-quality materials, fits well, and looks great.
“The promotional product industry is all about brand loyalty,” says Jarrod Reed, VP of Brand Development for Outdoor Cap “Consumers won’t wear a billboard on their head if they don’t support the company or cause it’s promoting. They also want something that fits their personal style and swagger, especially the younger audiences. Red LBL can help your company meet its core consumers’ needs so that they’ll want to wear your cap.”
