At ASI Chicago's 58th Annual Counselor Awards banquet, Outdoor Cap joined the Counselor Top 40 Supplier list again in position #27. The banquet on July 26 was attended by our Head of Sales, Promotional Products, Jamie Jeter and our Director of Strategic Accounts, Jenny Straub.

Customers are a key pillar here at Outdoor Cap. Our Customer Care and Customer Experience teams work to make sure our customers are satisfied, supplied with quality caps, and have everything they need to be successful.
Our Customs team provides expertise that allows our customer to focus on their client, rather than worrying about the design and details that come with custom headwear orders.
Compliance helps ensure we are in the right place at the right time and correctly communicating our product offerings, features, and services to our customers.

Our Sales team brings so much energy to Outdoor Cap. They communicate to customers, work behind the scenes, always building relationships and brainstorming new ways to sell more caps. Our Inside Sales Reps are a big part of the Sales team.
The Inside Sales team is a unique group offering services to our customers. They head projects like the Pre-Planned Development Program and make sure our customers have the tools they need to keep selling!
Our Information Technology team works on the technology pillar of our business. They make sure we are up to date on our technology from security to making sure we have the tools we need to be successful.
Design & Development
Our Design & Development teams create retail-inspired caps that exceed customers' expectations. They keep up with trends and work to create our trend guides and stay ahead of the curve for our quality caps. Not only in design but in what we make sure our Distributors have the tools to teach the value of headwear to their customers.
Our Marketing Team works to promote Outdoor Cap through many avenues as well as working on our catalogs and other resources and tools for our customers.
