September 11th Stair Climb

Our folks from JUNK Brands came together with the NWA community on the morning of September 11th, at Donald W. Reynolds Razorback Stadium to remember and honor the lives we lost on 9/11/2001.

Participants included the Fayetteville Police and Fire Department, representatives from the Air Force and Army, Veterans, and other civilians, who all climbed the equivalent of 110 flights of stairs—the height of the Twin Towers.

They did this in remembrance of the service and sacrifice our country faced eighteen years ago. We will #NeverForget those directly affected by the World Trade Center tragedy.

Food Drive Challenge

Did you know September is Hunger Action Month? Outdoor Cap is competing with corporations all around the NWA community for a Food Drive Challenge benefitting the Northwest Arkansas Food Bank.

We’re collecting both monetary and food donations. Every $1 equals 3lbs of food. The challenge ends on Monday, September 30th, so there is still time for you to get involved. You can donate directly by clicking here.

Employment

With locations in Arkansas, California, and Texas, we currently employ 486 people, but that number is always changing. Check out all of our employment updates for the month including new hires and open positions.

New Hires
