Tulsa Tough
The weekend of June 7th through the 9th was the toughest three days in racing. Outdoor Cap provided the hats for the Saint Francis Tulsa Tough Bike Festival in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
OC’s Salesforce Administrator
According to a recent report from Burning Glass, “Salesforce is now the seventh most in-demand software skill, up from No. 18 just four years ago.”
Salesforce is a dynamic tool that requires a skilled and versatile Salesforce Admin to manage it – especially for enterprise companies. One thing you’ll hear from many Salesforce Admins is that the Salesforce Certified Administrator exam is no walk in the park. It requires a deep understanding of the ecosystem and a technical knowledge of the architecture of the system.
Every successful Salesforce Admin should possess the ability to think critically, adapt on the fly and maintain a technical process with many moving parts.
We’re proud to announce that Ashley Randall has successfully completed all testing and requirements to become a Salesforce Administrator. Please join us in congratulating her.

developed by Dena Bushnaq and Hannah Hobson.
Employment

Promotions
We’re always working to help our team members grow in their current positions as well as advance to new roles and take on additional responsibilities. We’re proud to say two employees received promotions in June.
Gina Reid
Gina has accepted the position of 3rd Shift Supervisor on our Domestic Embroidery team.
Josh Stephens
Josh has transitioned to the role of Supervisor of Digitizing and Sampling after four years of service to OC.
