Street Clean Up
On Tuesday, December 11th, a team of OC volunteers picked up litter on our adopted street from Main Street at the Bentonville Square to 14th Street.
Soup & Salad
On Friday, November 30th, the Corporate Citizenship Committee hosted a soup and salad bar. With a $5.00 minimum donation, all OC employees could eat lunch with the proceeds going to local NWA charities.
OC Food Fight
From October 29th to November 30th, OC held our second annual Food Fight benefitting the NWA Food Bank. We were split into teams by departments.
We collected 1,232 canned and dry goods to donate. The Marketing and Sales team collected 310 pieces, earning them a trophy and an ice cream party.
Christmas Luncheon
Our annual company-wide Christmas Luncheon was held on Wednesday, December 12th from 11:00
to 1:00. We shared a traditional holiday meal, played games, and had a visit by the Sunshine
School’s preschool class. We also made food care packages and built bicycles to
donate to local children.

New Hires
Outdoor Cap is constantly growing, and our team members very quickly become our family. Check out our newest additions for the month of December.
Angela Chumaja
Angela has accepted the position of Domestic Order Specialist on our Custom Sales team.
Retirement
After devoting 19 years to OC Sports, help us say goodbye to Joe Rubertino as he retires. We hosted a retirement party in his honor on Tuesday, December 18th where he became the third recipient of our Founder’s Pillars Award.
