Restoration Village AIM for Advocacy
Restoration Village, located in Rogers, was opened in 1989. It provides a safe environment, long-term housing, and services for women and children in a crisis time of their life. Their fourth annual AIM for Advocacy Sporting Clays fundraiser was held on Saturday, August 10th.
Employee Emergency Fund Raffle
On Thursday, August 15th, the EE Committee raffled off two tickets to see Thomas Rhett at the Walmart AMP. Ashten Lorts won the concert tickets, and all proceeds went into the EE Fund which helps out OC team members during difficult times in their lives.

We’re always working to help our team members grow in their current positions as well as advance to new roles and take on additional responsibilities. We’re proud to say seven employees received promotions in August.
Kyra has accepted the role of Director of Customer Success.
James has taken on the job of Material Handler – Inventory Control.
Tracy is transitioning to Material Handler – Value Added Wave Processor.
Alan is moving from Value Added Lead to Warehouse Supervisor of Receiving and Special Projects.
Janelle has now accepted the position of Senior Business Analyst.
Ashley is now a Product Manager for the IT department.
Chia is taking on the job of Material Handler – Inbound Processor.
