Michelle Thomas has joined Outdoor Cap as the new Head of Customer Experience.
Michelle began her career at J.B Hunt Transport, Inc. For 20 years, she grew her background in customer care and experience managing vital accounts and eventually becoming a Senior Business Analyst. She most recently served as a Strategic Accounts Director at Transplace/Uber Freight.

She’s a wife, a mom, a Disney enthusiast, a Cardinals Baseball fan, and a runner, and she loves volunteering her time for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity, The Miller McNeil Woodruff Foundation, and many more.
