We
are excited to announce that Andi Pratt has joined Outdoor
Cap Company's executive team as our Head of Commerce. Andi brings over 19 years of CPG and Retail sales and
marketing leadership experience to Outdoor Cap. Her experience includes time at companies large and small
with household names like Nestle, Coca Cola, and Oak Ridge Winery. Andi will focus on driving Outdoor Cap's
overall omni-channel commerce strategy across each business channel in Retail, Team Sports, Promotional
Products, Golf, and all B2B and B2C businesses that are part of the Outdoor Cap family.

Andi joins Outdoor Cap to lead our sales, licensing and service divisions with strategic vision and direction for our future growth and development. Andi will also be a key contact for our strategic partners across the business to strengthen our relationships now and into the future.
In her time outside of Outdoor Cap, Andi is an animal lover with four dogs and five horses. She loves all the outdoor activities Northwest Arkansas has to offer like camping and floating and enjoys horseback and side-by-side riding. Andi spends her off time around the farm or adventuring with friends and family. She has been a CASA advocate for the past 9 years advocating for children in the Benton and Carroll County foster care systems.
