Outdoor Cap has been recognized as one of the Greatest Companies To Work For by PPAI. Each year Promotional Products Association International (PPAI) finds the best places to work in the promotional products industry across thousands of supplier and distributor companies by surveying employees at those companies across benefits, resources, culture, leadership, and overall company direction. The winners each year have the highest marks from their respective employees.
We've attended a lot of trade shows so far this year and enjoyed seeing so many people and talking about our favorite things (caps)! Here’s a quick summary of our trade shows in 2023.
We’ve released the Spring 2023 Market Guide available for download for you and your customers! Here is a breakdown of what you will find in the guide.
When it comes to promo products, you know that it all comes down to the value added to what you do. It’s a little harder to measure impressions on a physical item than it is for digital ads. Still, ASI’s study shows that one hat generates about 3,136 impressions in its estimated lifetime of 7 months with its wearer (and we’ve found some people keep their hats for up to 4 years).
About the MB2020 Family
Michelle Thomas has joined Outdoor Cap as the new Head of Customer Experience.
2022 was a great year for Outdoor Cap. We had a lot of changes, spent a lot of time together, and were able to help our community and each other. We look forward to everything coming in 2023.
Safety and wellness have been top of mind at Outdoor Cap. While we have many programs to protect our employees, we have never had a dedicated person to advocate and partner with employees to meet safety and wellness goals. In past years, we’ve worked with different agencies that have treated us well but weren’t “us.” We needed a more holistic approach.
