Today, we’re looking at our favorite sun protection styles by OC Sports to keep you safe from skin cancer and premature aging through every game and activity this summer.
We’ll discuss two boonies, two buckets, a straw, and a baseball cap all with protective properties.
CB-200
The CB-200 is a boonie
shape made of moisture-wicking polyester. It has an elastic adjustable drawstring
and UV sun protective fabric. The QTech™ cooling sweatband reduces the temperature by 5° and
offers 40+ UPF protection.
It comes in seven color options—black, graphite, navy, red, royal, dark green, and desert digital camo.
CSB-100
The CSB-100 is a boonie
style made of stretch polyester. It has a Q3® moisture-wicking sweatband, side crown vents, and mesh crown
lining.
It has an adjustable elastic bungee cord drawstring and comes in seven color options—khaki, black, graphite, navy, putty, captain’s blue, and white.
We’re adding three new options very soon—an Americana version (CSB-USA), red, and royal, so keep an eye out for those in the coming weeks!
CBK-100
The CBK-100
is a bucket
shape made of an eco-friendly fabric with performance attributes. This
bamboo/charcoal polyester naturally inhibits the growth of odor-causing bacteria and wicks
moisture away from the wearer.
It has a QTech™ cooling sweatband; the brim is slightly longer in the back to shade the neck and shoulders. It comes in sizes M/L and L/XL and six color options—black, graphite, navy, red, royal, and dark green.
BH-900
The BH-900 is a bucket
style made of heavily washed cotton twill. It comes in sizes M/L and L/XL and four
color options—khaki, black, navy, and generic camo. The wide brim provides shade for the face,
neck, and shoulders.
STW-100 (STW-100B)
The STW-100
is the only straw style currently available to OC Sports. However, you can check out additional
straws from Outdoor
Cap if you like.
The STW-100 has a sun protection lining in the top of the crown and under the 360° brim and it has Expand-A-Band® sizing to fit a range of sizes.
The STW-100B is the cotton band that pairs with the straw hat. It is 2 inches high and comes in 10 colors. We can even embroider your team’s logo on the STW-100B.
PN-100
Let’s switch gears a little bit to the PN-100,
this is a traditional style baseball cap rather than a brimmed shape.
Aside from being our most popular golf cap, the PN-100 is made of a UPF (50+) certified polyester. Bonus: both the fabric and sweatband wick sweat and moisture away from the wearer.
Now you can wear your favorite lightly structured cap and still be protected from the sun’s harmful rays. This casual style has a micro hook/loop tape closure, and comes in all the traditional colors—khaki, black, graphite, cardinal, navy, royal, and white.
Don’t forget, all of these styles can be customized with your team’s name or logo!
