OC News: March 2017

Bentonville Office Remodel

On Monday, March 20th, we started the process of realigning and relocating our internal departments to better facilitate collaboration and foster teamwork throughout the company.

This is going to be a huge undertaking; there are a lot of moving parts. But we’re committed to creating a more cohesive, community environment, as we believe that’s what is best for our team members and our customers.

We’re not going to let this disrupt our day-to-day operations, so the moving process will take several months. We’re anticipating every department will be fully transitioned to their new location by the middle of August.

Photography

Our Staff Photographer, Dan Snow, recently had some of his work shown in the PhotoSpiva photography competition in Joplin, MO and the On the Brink, On the Brim, On the Cusp art exhibit in Springdale, AR.

Dan joined Outdoor Cap and JUNK Brands in 2016; we’re lucky to have him. Please join us in congratulating him on his personal and professional successes.

Safety First

We’re proud to report that as of today, Outdoor Cap is 426 days accident-free! Congratulations to all of our warehouse and Domestic Embroidery employees for their diligence and hard work.

Opening Day Cook Out

Today from 11:00-1:00, Outdoor Cap is providing free lunch to all employees in honor of Opening Day on Sunday. The menu includes burgers, hot dogs, bratwursts, and more.

We’re excited for a relaxing afternoon together as a work family, and we’re even more excited for baseball season to get started!
